These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services provided by Valrico Movers (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 1943 E Brandon Blvd, Valrico, FL 33594. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Valrico Movers offers moving and storage services including local movers, long-distance movers, commercial movers, residential moving, and storage services. We provide these services to individuals, families, and businesses as specified in the agreement signed by the client.

3. Booking and Reservations

To book a move with Valrico Movers, customers must complete the reservation process either by phone, email, or through our website. The company requires a confirmed reservation to initiate any moving services. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due on the moving day, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made according to the pricing schedule provided at the time of booking. The payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or any other accepted payment methods. A receipt will be provided once payment has been processed. Any additional charges for services requested during the move will be invoiced separately.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled moving date to receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits. If the cancellation is made after this period, a cancellation fee may apply. No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered or for deposits that have been paid.

6. Customer’s Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all items to be moved are packed securely and ready for transport by the time the movers arrive. Any fragile or valuable items should be clearly identified, and Valrico Movers is not responsible for any damage caused by improper packing.

7. Liability and Damage

Valrico Movers takes great care when handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are not packed correctly, or for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or third-party actions. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, we will reimburse you based on the declared value of the damaged items.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valrico Movers, its employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Valrico Movers reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Florida.
